Boughton Heath Primary school donate Christmas goods to homeless children
Children at the local Boughton Heath Primary School have been collecting Christmas selection boxes to donate to Save the Family. This donation is in response to our Christmas Appeal for gifts and Christmas food to give to our homeless families during the festive season.
Emily Ghazarian the Grants Officer at Save the Family went to collect the selection boxes on the18th December, the primary schools last day before Christmas. She said "The kids were very proud to make a donation to kids who might not otherwise have traditional chocolates at Christmas."
Save the Family would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the other schools and organisations which have donated to the charity during the run up to Christmas. Our supporters' generosity is what keeps the charity going and enables us to continue the vital work that we do in keeping homeless families together.
